Thank you for shopping with Serial Collective. Please read our shipping policy below for information on processing times, delivery, and tracking.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after payment is received. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may take slightly longer. We will contact you via email if there is a significant delay.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Times

We offer the following shipping options within Australia:

  • Standard Shipping: 4 to 7 business days
  • Express / Priority Shipping: 2 to 3 business days

Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date your order is shipped, not the date the order is placed. Delivery times do not include weekends or public holidays.

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $149 AUD within Australia. The discount will be automatically applied at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your parcel.

If you have not received your tracking details within 2 business days of placing your order, please contact us at hello@serialcollective.com.

Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you notice an error, please contact us as soon as possible so we can update the details before your order is dispatched.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your parcel has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number. If you need further assistance, please reach out to us and we will do our best to help.

International Shipping

We currently ship within Australia only. For international shipping enquiries, please contact us directly at hello@serialcollective.com.

Damaged or Lost in Transit

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the damaged item, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
