Shipping

How long does order processing take?

Once your order is placed, please allow 1 to 2 business days for us to pack and prepare your item before it is shipped.

How long does standard shipping take?

Standard shipping takes 4 to 7 business days after your order has been processed.

How long does express/priority shipping take?

Express or priority shipping takes 2 to 3 business days after your order has been processed.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $149.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your parcel. If you haven't received your tracking details within 2 business days of placing your order, please contact us.

Where do you ship to?

We currently ship Australia-wide. For international shipping enquiries, please contact us directly.

Returns

What is your return policy?

We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned with all original tags attached.

How do I request a return?

To request a return, please email us with your order number and the reason for the return. We will respond with return instructions within 1 to 2 business days.

Are sale or discounted items returnable?

Sale items and items purchased using a discount code are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.

When will I receive my refund?

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed within 3 to 5 business days back to your original payment method.

Who pays for return shipping?

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received is faulty or incorrect.

Payments

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Afterpay, and all major credit and debit cards.

Can I use a discount code at checkout?

Yes. You can enter your discount code at the checkout page before completing your payment.

Orders

Can I change or cancel my order?

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once your order has been shipped, we are unable to make changes.

What if my item arrives damaged or faulty?

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
